BAD BAD EXPERIENCE

we wanted to upgrade at river square mall in three rivers. the consultant was ok until she did not heard that i wanted a tablet with phone facilities. at the end of the day i discovered that the T3 she gave me was not a phone tablet. i called an the technicians there said that all of them knew that the T3 is not a phone tablet. i took the tablet back and Zwodwa said that they will help us with reversing the deal so that was more than 2 weeks back, on friday the 16th of March 2018 my husband called to hear when we can do the reverse of the contract at Vaalmall as they said we cannot again renew the contract at their store. she then mentioned that i again laid a complaint and due to this complaint the 7 days extended again with 3 days and that 3 days were suppose to be today till date of this nor i or my husband heard from her to tell us to go to Vaalmall to renew my contract. i have to pay the contract the end of the month and i have no device. this is pathetic service and she is avoiding us now. is this the way to treat your customers. Must we go to another service provider to help us.
