Bad bad costumer service toll free calls
I being trying to speak to a consultant buy dialing 111 all i get is they have a large volumes of call, 24hr a day. I cant even chat it a robot that will answer the chat. What kind of service is there in vodacome. Even when you go to the vodacom shop its not easy to get help. Please pleased vodacone i need help. ***
