BAD BAD BAD SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I was offered a deal with them on one of my 6 contracts that i could not refuse, that happened end of August 2021, what i was offered and what i got was not the same.
I've spoken to about 20 different people and they all promised to sort t it out and that they will come back to me.
It just doesn't happen. This is also the second time i'm complaining about this problem on Hello Peter.
Please please help. Is this the way to treat a customer that's been with you for many many years????????
