Bad bad bad service !

I went to Vodashop in Matlosana Mall Klerksdorp last Tuesday. After a hour or more they've done all the admin. The lady said that I must come back on friday to get the new phone . I went back on friday and was there just after 9. The lady that helped me wasnt there and NO ONE that was sitting there could help me regarding to them. I've left my number so that the lady must phone me back but NOBODY contacted me. My husband went to them again yesterday (Monday). They gave him the phone and said the sim card will be activated within 4 hours. By this afternoon it still wasnt activated and my husband went back AGAIN Regarding to them something was not right and so they apparantly activate it again. It is now after 21:00. It is still not activated. I've phoned vodacom's customer care without any success. I've had it with vodacom! Tomorrow is Wednesday. Hopefully I will get something right tomorrow - IF I phone them , because surely they will not contact me to give any help . Im done with Vodacom !
