Bad Bad Bad Customer Service , or should I say no service

Upgraded to a new Huawie P10 Light on the 15th of June 2017 , after 2 weeks the keyboard of the phone wasn't working and all the applications were wiped from the phone. I immediately took the device to my nearest Vodacom Centre Nigel to enquire what the process is to get a replacement device as i think the device is a factory default . Moeketsi advised that i need to book the phone in to get assessed by the repair centre and only once they compile a report that the device is a factory default would i be able to get a replacement device. This device were kept in the Nigel branch for 3 days before it was send off to the repair centre on Monday the 10th of July. On Saturday the 15th of July 2017 I got a sms saying that the device were repaired adnd send back to the branch. On Monday the 17th of July i kept phoning the Nigel Branch leaving messages for Moeketsi to phone me back to see if I can collect my device , he never bothered to phone back yesterday i mannaged to get hold of him where he informed me that the device is still not fixed and needs to go back to the repair centre. When i phoned the Cutomer Care to complain i was advised to follow up myself with the Service Centre , they cannot help me! Tumi from the Service Centre tried to help and really tried her best but she also could not get hold of Moeketsi. This morning i phoned her back where she advised me that the phone will have to be send back for repairs. After speaking to the Resolutions department -Olga she did not even bother to listen to me and did not even try to help. I have been send from pillar to post and no one can help. The device is a factory default from start all i want is a new phone that works , I have been without a phone for 2 weeks now ....... is this Customer Service and all i can say is after 15 years of dealing with vodacom having 5 contracts with you I will defnitely be cancelling my contracts and go to a service provider that will be able to help me and listen to me
