BAD BAD BAD BAD SERVICE

<p>Good Day,</p> <p>I would like to lodge a complaint, on 23th September 2016, I got my daughter a phone on my contract. The phone LG G5, number: ********** 692. The guy that was also helping as with the new contract, said that this LG G5 phone was the TOP OF THE RANGE. BUT IT REALLY NOT SEEMS LIKE THIS PHONE IS THE TOP OF THE RANGE.</p> <p>On 23 October 2016 the phone starts with problems, it won't charged and she took the phone to vodacom, they refused to give her another phone, and said they will send it for repair, the bottom part of the phone had to be replaced, she waited longer than a week for the phone. My daughter struggle to get to a vodacom shop every time, because of transport.
