bad attitude of vodacom staff

The vodacom shop in the golden acre is FAR below the already dismal level of customer service we South Africans accept. The sales assistant says they don't have the product I'm looking for even though it was on the shelf. Then blames the product for a mistake he made. Even the manager, an elderly gray bearded man makes excuses for the lack of service at this store. Bad service starts at the top.
