Bad Attitude from Sales Rep

Good Day. At approximately 09:45am on 29 May 2015, I received a call from a Vodacom sales rep named Ritesh (I hope this name is correct as the line was a bit noisy). He was marketing a tablet. I allowed him to take me through the details of what he was marketing and then when I responded that I was not interested, he shouted at me asking me why I wasted his time. He then went on to tell me to keep quiet and puts the phone down. I am appalled by this behavior. Are customers forced to take packages from Vodacom if they allow the sales rep to take them through the details. Please correct this behavior immediately.
