Bad Attitude From Sales Consultant

I took my Sony Xperia phone in for repairs and a sales consultant by the name of Liam first off all thinks he is doing you a favour to serve you and second of all when one of his collegueges try to assist he had a bad attitutide towards him as well I just think it poor service for a company franchise like Vodacom to portray a service like this. I just feel for a customer like myself with 8 contracts should be treated a little better. Maybe it's time to reconsider a different network
