Bad attitude from consultant Lulama
I called Vodacom call center this morning around 7:46am , the lady by the name of Lulama answered the phone and ask for my name which i gave to her ( Confidence) , she ask how she can help me, i explain to her that i received a debit order on my bank account for the amount of R 207 and i dont know what was that for as i have a R99 contract, i was explaining in Zulu language, she then ask me which language am i speaking , i said Zulu or Enflish its fine, she said she is not allowed to speak any language, i asked her what she mean as i have called Vodacom so many times and get assistance in Zulu, sotho, ect. She told me that she is not allowed to assist in Zulu and then ask which language am i comfortable with, i said Tshivenda. She said she is sorry unfortunately she can't assist me. I must drop the call and call again, i ask her to put me through to someone who is willing to assist me with English or Zulu . She told me to drop the phone as she can not do that, i asked to speak to supervisor or manager, she refused and sau she can't do that. I refused to drop the call and insisted on speaking to someone who is willing to assist me coz clearly she is not willing to do that. After 7 to 10 min she put me on hold for about 5min. Then the guy by the name of Phindile who introduced himself as assistance manager came and assisted me. This was the worse servise i have ever received at Vodacom call center. I was very upset to receive such attitude from a Zulu Lulama who can't assist me in Zulu. And worst of all was asked for my language Venda there after was told that sorry we can't assist.
