Bad Attitude and Service - Vodacom Simmonds Street

I have been using Vodacom in Simmonds Street since last year. Every time I call to request for a service they are not willing to listen and only advise you must come and see them face to face. When you get there, you then realise that they cannot help you cause the serrvice you needed, they do not offer.

Today had the worst experience. The team leader answered my call and handed to a colligue. I wanted to explain what I needed before I call into their office. The person concerned, that is a middle aged gentleman would not want to listen to my request, but just wanted to to call in. I then spoke to the supervisor. I could hear the supervisor also refusing to take my call.

The question is why have a phone, if you cannot provide the information telephonically, when need be. The consultant then dropped the phone, as the supervisor / manager was also not willing to take my call.

They have no idea what customer service or professionalism is all about. They think we all have time to go to their premises, only to find that they cannot help for some reason (which at times may be valid).

The staff have bad attitude and have no interest in listening. Half of the time the excuse is that their system is offline, if that is the case, why encourage me to come to your office, as whether I am there or not, if the systems are offline you will not be able to help.

Regards,

Sanelisiwe - **********
