bad attitude and service at Vodacom fourways Mall

Not happy with the service I received yesterday at Voda store fourways mall. A staffer named Phumzile, was very rude and unprofessional, it was the worst experience from Vodacom, i have been a client for over 20 years and to be treated like I'm begging for attention was not on at all.

When she was with 2 elder ladies in vodacom uniform, I said to her, please allow me to great the elders before telling you what I need, from there she just went sour, didnt even bother looking at me she just looked down on her phone chewing gum and giving me attitude, I told her that this is not on as Vodacom spends millions just trying to make sure they have clients, yet again she didnt care and continued with her attitude. I had to go to someone else to get assistance. really disappointing, Fourways, please train your staff.
