Bad Attitude and Miserable Service

On the 04-04-2015, went to Canal Walk Vodacom and Mornay \assisted\" me. Wanted to transfer my phone number from my dad to my wife's account & do an upgrade. Was told I couldn't do both or it would jam the system. Wanted to downgrade as well so took a lesser package, wanted a phone that had a removable battery. He kept on about the Microsoft Lumia 640 LTE. Did the paperwork, he didn't even give a copy of the contract. I transferred the numbers on the 09-04-2016 at N1 City Vodacom and used the phone. 10-04-2016 the store app doesn't work with a \"c00cee4f\" error. Take it back on 11-04-2016, Mornay tells me first time it has a come back and his friends from Cell C and MTN says its a good phone, that's why he sold it to me. We ask for the manager and he says shes out. We ask him to phone SIX times and he ignores us and eventually do it. Was told by the manager finally we could transfer and upgrade at the same time. Outcome - STILL waiting for the downgrade, transfer hasn't been down to my wife's name, my wife wanted a cancellation of a number which hasn't happened, my phone is an OBF and on 18-04-2016 got a sms, phoned and still waiting for someone to get back to me. PATHETIC SERVICE!!!"

The WORSE service to date!!! Since my last message, the manager Heinrich cancelled my contract and transferred me to a new contract: The flexi200. I am supposed to get R200 airtime and only started receiving R140. I phoned Heinrich twice including going to the shop when he wasn't there. He said he will get back to me over the phone both times and still waiting. I lost total trust in Vodacom, the Canal Walk Vodacom shop gives the worse service. Not surprised Mornay couldn't help me the first time, because Heinrich (the manager) seems to set the bar for a culture of staff not getting back to clients. They think that clients have nothing better to do than run after them and waste time, petrol money (of going there all the time) and phone call money!!!!!!!! This has been a whole month of trying to sort out the problem and Vodacom don't seem interested to help me.
