Bad attitude and lack of information

Agent gives me a call about my number being deleted without my consent, shouldn't I be informed before that happens as for the excuse that you sent sms's who on earth still respond to bulk SMS with no full information I have contacted the call centre a number of times and was told my account will be debited and it's still hasn't been done today you calling me to tell me my number has been deleted?? Without being consulted before the action is taken?? Nd the consultant has de nerve to tell me I'm supposed to read SMS next time, u should make me understand how my number gets deleted without my knowledge dan give me attitude!!!
