BAD ATTITUDE AND FORCEFUL PAYMENT

2013 NOV /DEC I opened an account at Vodacom I took a nokia 520 on contract and I was paying 300 monthly, Jan and Feb. 2014 passed I think march 2014 I found out I was owing 5300 zar and I was getting 2000zar airtime monthly of which I did not agree on that then I CLOSED the acc but I think the consultant was trying to push her sales as well so she didn't care weather she was giving me a (small business account ) I could say that cause what would I do wt. that amount of airtime on that stupid phone because I thought I was getting airtime for what I was paying for. but fine they told me I was on smart S account don't know what the hack is that and the account was CLOSED and was now apparently being used by sumoneelse, I started paying off that amount via cell no link till my last payment was 26/09/2014 then I was left with 672.31zar ,oct,nov,Dec 2014,jan,feb mid march2015 im now owing 4300zar how is that possible for goodness sake from 600zar hence im a 300zar payer it was going to be better if they told me I was owing 1500 or 2000zar maybe but 43000... that's total craziness and the funny part they can call me but I cant call them their number doesn't exist they call themselves JBA
