Bad attitude.

I went past the Vodacom store at about 8:25 this morning with 10 or so staff there already. I then checked to see if there was any signage as to operating hours in the vain hope that they may open at 8:30. On my way past I gestured to the security guard as to what time they opened and he signed 9. I said it was stupid that they didn't have signage telling people.<br> As I was walking away, I was called back by the security guard. I thought it might be for some good service but no! The manager asked me if I called him stupid and had a very aggressive attitude. I said to him I hadn't mentioned the word manager. It struck me as I was walking along as to exactly what he wanted to achieve? I had now been delayed after being disappointed with the operating hours. Was he planning an altercation in a public shopping centre with me even if I had called him stupid? That would be great publicity for Vodacom. I don't think he will go very far with that level of customer service in the service industry.
