Bad attidtude and rude behaviour

<p>My phone was booked it to be flushed in @ Vodacom Brooklyn. Yesterday (22/05/2016) upon fetching my phone, unfortunately i was helped by Rhainer Knox. he gave me my phone while it was off. I understand if the battrey was flat, but he simply told me "go to those guys (the technicians) they will help you. How can you fetch a phone and it id off, because i will not have a cooking clue if it's working of not. I asked him how possible is that and he stuck to his previous statement. Even if that was the case, but you need to explain to the customer that "Sir, here is your phone, let's see if your query is fixed. Now Sir, your phone is flat, please go to that department and they wil assist you with chargingthe device for a few minutes so you can see if your query is fixed." not just rudley say "go to those guys". That is VERY VERY UNPROFFESIONAL behaviour and I was very un-impressed with such behaviour.</p>
