Bad assistant

Good day. I have a contract with vodcom for iphone 13. So on sunday my daughter had an update. The phone went off to restart and just never went on. We went to vadacom alberton mall where they send to new market vodacom where they keep sending us around. They say they cant give a new phone nor book in without my daughter who is in school to come herself. I have insurance and want an exchange. Im going today ahain and want proper care and assistance.
