Bad and unsatisfying service from Vodacom

Year 2024 during mid September I went to their store for an unlimited WiFi. The consultant by the name of Mpho was the one assisting me, the lady misunderstood what I initially wanted and offered me capped data instead of the uncapped one. I immediately asked that they cancel it and this happened after everything has been signed and approved.

I was told that everything has been cancelled but to my surprise, 3 months later I received a draft summons email from Vodacom stating that I’ve been handed over to the debt collectors. I’m now in a situation which was caused by one of their employees and to make the situation worse, the manager at the store whom I was referred to by the name of Nthabiseng for assistance her attitude towards me was not nice at all. She made me feel I don’t what I’m talking about as I was explaining my situation to her. I just hate that I’m now in a situation were I’m supposed to pay for something that doesn’t make sense to me. For someone who doesn’t have any credit under their name, this is a huge inconvenience for real. The only person whose showing an interest in trying to fix this whole mess is the lady by the name Lolo.
