Bad and poor seevice

<p>Ok first the lady at the vodacom shop in vredrnburg is verry helpfull great job but what my problem is is that on the 1st of june she phoned and aid my phones are ready for collection due to me working very long ours i only got time to colect phones today 17 of june so she was verry helpfull again fetched the phones and the what shes telling me after about 20 min is that she must re do the whole prossess re aply and so on because vodacom doent want to realease the phones im not verry happy at all because like i stated im working long ours i had to take a day off for nothing how is it possible that vodacom aproves my contract sends the phones and then the system diesnt want to release the phones it is realy annoying and verry un proffesionol so i can just aswell cancel all my subscriptions contracts with vodacom </p>
