BAD and NO reception

Vodacom has put up a 4g tower not far from where we stay. The reception that we had from that tower was excellent in the beginning but over time time started to get weaker by the day. Since the beginning of December it got worse and then by the end of January to a point where i got ****ed of and then reported it to the call centre. NOTHING was done to the problem. Then on 12 February 2018 i again made a phone call to the number that was provided to me and again logged a complaint because the signal came to a point where there is NO reception to vodacom phones anymore. I had to make the call from a MTN phone as my phone had NO reception. I then phoned the number 082155 on 13 February 15:50 with the ref # provided to me to find out what the progress on my complaint is. I was told that they have 48 hours to respond to my call. i phoned on 14 February the afternoon just to be told that they have between 3 to 4 working days to respond to my complaint. Again i proceeded to phone 15 February just be told that they have got between 7 to 14 days to respond to my complaint. Now my Question is why should we be happy with service like this. My phone bill takes a big chunk out of my salary every month and this is the kind of service i need to be happy with. If you as customer are a day late with payment your account gets freezed But they can take their time attending to problems that needs to get fixed and you as customer are not going to get refunded for lost calls or data that is being waisted on things that doesnt want to open up on the internet. IS THIS FAIR????? i am of good mind to call my bank to hold back my debit order until this issue is resolved and if they freeze my contract not to pay them at all and move to another service provider. Like they say in Afrikaans HIERDIE BOER IS NOU GATVOL
