Bad after sales support from Vodacom

Have an account issue not one department is willing to help contracts, accounts, sales. All say a door to door sale. Higher management not coming back after speaking to them also. Sad they quickly to debt accounts slow to sort out the funds owing back to you Very disappointed in Vodacom
