Bad Advice

I had a MTN contract with Altech Autopage and wanted to port my number to Vodacom. I went to Vodacom and spoke to Sanjesh and he recommended I change my card to pre paid as Altech gave problems regarding the porting off their numbers. I went to Autopage and gave notice as my contract has expired and according to them I have to give a month notice...well my phone went onto pre paid within 10 days' then ask for my number to be ported to Vodacom and they informed me I cant there is a 3 month \cooling off\" period before I can do it and my calls is going to be more expensive and this is very inconvenient .<br> <br> The only other way is to reinstate my contract and that's going to cost me R580.00 then I will be able to port my number.<br> <br> I just want to say give your consultants proper training regarding this and I was not the only client apparently Autopage told me I'm not the first client regarding this.<br> <br> I want to know what you are going to do regarding this matter??????
