BAD ADVERTISING

Saturday 26 March 2016. My friend is due for an upgrade. We went to Vodacom IN Mafikeng Mall. After confirmation that my friend is due for an upgrade, the sales lady show us the special offer on Samsung J1 on the Flexi 150 deal where you receive two handsets. The offer was valid until 28th March. So we said this is the one we want. Then she said she does not have stock. She will only have on Wednesday 30 March. I said ok, does we still get it on special. NO, was the answer. I asked if we can sign everything and just wait for the handsets, but is is not possible. So we walked away without a phone. Why does they at Vodacom tell us about an offer and then when we want it, there is no stock an when stock is available, the offer is not on anymore. This is a **** of Vodacom to get me into their shops and try to let me buy something that I do not want. Maybe it is time for a change. I then logged a complaint on Vodacoms website and one through their Facebook page. I do have the e-mails that I have send to them. They do not even bother to reply. We aren from Zeerust and do not have the priveledge of many places to shop from. This not my own upgrade, but that of my friend.
