I hate the day i took a contract with vodacom with all my heart, because since that day my life turned upside down,i took a contract with vodacom it was 2 tabE samsung tablets which i did pay and finish my contract at a record time, but apparently even today im still owing vodacom im hurt while im writing this because at this current moment i feel harrased by their emails from their attorneys my credit score is also ruined because of this as they marked my account as default,ive been going up and down with vodacom about the matter till i gave up because i found out that someone i dont even know used my **** id i mean all the details are mine except the id photo, to upgrade on top of my account and took S10 and P20 at that time but no one could notice that the id photos are not the same as they had my correct id copy that they took when i had a contract with them,everything was approved for that person and after they started harrasing me i had to clear my name because i didnt upgrade with vodacom then later i thought everything was fine after i submitting my original id copy, affidavit and my proof of resident then their ***** team called me telling me that they realised that is a ***** and my name is been cleared i was happy and thanked them but hey it seems like the ghost came back and is haunting me very hard every day i was getting an sms of final notice even emails from attorneys i guess im even labeled a bad debt honestly im tired i have no fighting spirit i even feel like is an inside job i need help please anyone,if no help i guess i have to pay to clear my name as im stuck.
