I am rather disappointed in vodacom as a service provider I really feel like we are paying for a service and not being able to enjoy the full potential of the service we are paying for I. E home internet. I live in kzn and to this day I have not enjoyed having internet with vodacom because it is often down no signal or reception and I have reported it still same problem. I feel and believe that vodacom should seriously look at upgrading their equipment or find better ways to serve their customers.

28 Jan 2024, 19:08Thank you for your reply just to let you know we are still having the same problem even though the ticket has been closed and status is resolved. What I find most upsetting is the fact that we are paying for a service of which we don't get the full use why does it have to be that we have to complain and complain and nothing gets resolved.
