Bad

Dear Vodacom,

Please explain why I am still receiving invoices showing an outstanding balance after I requested cancellation, received and paid the final cancellation quotation, and allowed the final debit order to go off on 31 August 2026.

My understanding was that my contract would end on 31 August 2026, as requested, and that the final payment and debit order settled the account.

I therefore dispute any further charges and request that you urgently:

* Confirm that my final payment was correctly allocated. * Cancel the contract with immediate effect. * Remove the associated number from my name/account. * Confirm that no further invoices or debit orders will be issued. * Provide a full explanation if you still claim that I owe anything.

I have followed the cancellation process and made the required payment. I do not understand why closing a contract has become such a difficult process.

Please provide written confirmation that the account is cancelled and closed.

Are you taking me for a fool? My query was closed without being resolved. I have already made the required payment and specifically requested that this contract be terminated.I want an immediate explanation as to why my request has not been actioned. I will not authorize any further debit orders from my bank account, as I have fulfilled my payment obligations and requested the contract closure. Please resolve this matter urgently and provide written confirmation that the contract has been cancelled.
