BACKWARDS WITH YOUR SERVICES

I must say, for being the "leading" network provider, your online and available services are useless. I missed my payment this month. You sms me and tell me to sms the word ARR 31050 but when you do that it comes back with Invalid reply. I then do the next step where it says go on to vodacom and set up a payment arrangement, I try that and it only allows me to pay now, so whatever you offer, does not work. I would like to set up that I will do payments as I can and the outstanding amount will be paid in total by month end.
