Backorder for ever
I app**** online for the Sony Xperia L1 & PS4 bundle on the 26th of March 2018. A month later and still NO word from Vodacom. I phoned several times a week to get updates on the progress of my order, but no one can answer me, only that the items are on backorder. Why advertise items not available? Please can someone just confirm when this items will be available? I was thinking of moving all my contracts to Vodacom but I'm not so sure anymore.

08 May 2018, 13:13Vodacom, the consultant that got back to me in regards to my complaint told me that the PS4's will be available this week according to your Procurement Team. I just got off the phone with one of your consultants that told me that the PS4 will not be available anymore!!!!! Why???? I need answers as to how you will resolve my complaint. I app**** for that specific contract and need feedback today about when I will get it.

We have not received any feedback from supplier about a possible delay.
The PS4 stock according to our Procurement team arrives this week.
I will be going on leave so I will not be in a position to assist further.
