Back Order

Good day,

I did an application for a xperia + ps4 bundle at your Westgate branch. I've been waiting for almost a month for my order to be completed. After calling everyday i recieved the phone ONLY last week, and i've been told the ps4 is on a back order which is bad.A 9company as big as Vodacom you would believe their warehouses would be efficient enough to keep up!!!

When i did the apllication they never said anything about back order and the employee @ Vodacom Westgate told me I will get it with 24 to 48 hours. After messing up my application adding extra time to the waiting order ! I have to call everyday for an update, but even if i go to the shop myself i'm being told that they cannot tell me when i will get my product as the warehouse is back dated! How is there no communication between shop and warehouses? As Westgate branch cant help me with this. Two weeks back I called Vodacom customer care, and i was told that they cannot help i will have to deal with the branch that helped me open the account !!! Why is there customer care if they cannot help me with a basic answer ....

Personally i regret doing business with Vodacom Westgate AND Vodacom in total.

I have been waiting for a long time, even for a simple answer to when will my order be completed !

I'm currently stuck in a situation where i have no choice but to go to every social network/ News papers making sure people know what kind of unprofessional company Vodacom Westgate and Vodacom in it self are.

Please contact me immediately with a resolution to this problem of mine
