Back order???

I ordered a new iphone 6 with a new contract on the 2nd of March. Up to now nothing! Promises, and more promises. If you are lucky enough to get to ***, they promise to investigate. Never to contact one again. Last was that the phone had been released and the problem was with Ram Couriers, but they would investigate and let me know. Call in service does not work! Call back service does not work. Is there anything at Vodacom that does work?? I am now sick and tired of your service. I will be moving my other four contracts with Vodacom as they become dew.
