Back here Again - Dreadful, False Information!

<p>It seems that logging a complaint has now become a regular thing...</p> <p> </p> <p>I app**** for the online tab, in which case i received confirmation it has been approved but now when i contacted Vodacom after waiting for so long, i was advised that i have contacted my account poorly, probably a payment...</p> <p> </p> <p>Hell NO!!! I have never missed a single payment, Vodacom failed to debit my account i never failed to pay; then for the billing department to have the audacity to put a note on my account that i pay poorly.. I want this sorted immediately and this better not affect my credit record in any way, as i will escalate this complaint even higher...</p> <p> </p> <p>If i had not app**** for the tab, or called in I would have never known that you place incorrect notes like that onyour customers profiles.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am highly ****ed off and expect this to be sorted as soon as possible, and my ITC not affetcted by this in any manner, if this has lead to it being affected; Vodacom will have to sort this out immediatley!</p>
