I ordered an upgrade phone. When Ram came and deliver, my details on the delivery slip still had my previous surname, LOUBSER even though everywhere on the vodacom portal, my surname states MEYER. Because someone on VODACOM didn't update my surname everywhere, RAM didn't want to deliver my parcel even though my ID number is corresponding.

A upgrade was process on my account RAM Couriers was here to deliver my phone BUT: The name on the delivery slip said NATASJA LOUBSER. The name appearing on your portal and on my ID is NATASJA MEYER. The delivery team left and didn't deliver my parcel. My husband died 6 years ago and I do not have anything with that surname anymore. I did send communication to you before, because why would the portal state that I am NATASJA MEYER when I log onto my account. Please can my surname urgently be updated on your system as well as with RAM so that I can get my parcel. Order : K***
