I am disgusted with Vodacom Device Insurance and Vodacom Ulundi.

My policy is R15,000 for a BRAND NEW iPhone - *** - Name: Bongeka Mvubu - ***

1. *WRONG ORDER:* Vodacom created an order with wrong value R8,169 instead of my R15,000 limit.

2. *PRE-OWNED PHONE ****:* My iPhone was NEW when I insured it. Now Vodacom wants to give me a PRE-OWNED iPhone. This is not fair. I insured NEW, I must get NEW. Why should I pay for new insurance and get second-hand?

3. *R9,000 BETTERMENT FEE:* They are saying if they give me iPhone 15 I must pay R9,000 betterment as if I am upgrading. I am NOT upgrading! My limit is up to R15,000 and iPhone 15 is within my limit, so I QUALIFY for iPhone 15 NEW. Why must I pay R9k extra? This is ****************
