Azoomee voucher not received as part of my online deal with no assistance from Vodacom whatsoever!!!!!

Honestly fed up!!!! Upgraded online, part of the deal says I will receive an Azoomee voucher. 2 weeks later still haven't got the voucher. Nothing in the box the phone came in. No mail, no sms, nothing on their website. When you phone they are useless. I eventually had to comment on Fb to get attention. That person had the audacity to ask me if an Azoomee voucher was part of my deal!!!!!!
