Awsome customer service

<p>I would like to thank both Nosisi and Chresender at Vodacom customer service (111) for their time and effort in trying to sort my problem with a SIM swap gone wrong.</p> <p> </p> <p>Even though they where not able to solve my problem they where willing to try their utmost best to resolve my prolem and where pleasent and understanding.</p> <p> </p> <p>Unlike Daniel at Vodaworld customer service who came with attitude and when asked about my account was willing to lie to me so that he would not have to rectify the problem hence avoid doing the work.</p>
