AWFUL SERVICE WITH NO ONENUMBER FUNCTIONALITY FOR APPLE DEVICES

CAN SOMEONE COMPETENT PLEASE PHONE ME BACK.

I moved over to vodacom with the promise of “one number” for my Apple Watch.

I’ve been told: • Scan this esim barcode (the barcode as you specify on your website is for android devices, I’m not sure how you can say that on your website but not inform your team) • Remove the watch and readd it (I’ve done this twice now) • Restart the phone ( 6 times in store ALONE TODAY) • Give it some time ( it’s been over 24 hours)

I’m now stuck where vodacom shows “waiting” on my watch, I can’t remove it to try and add it again. I’m at a stalemate and clear none of your employees know what they’re doing. LITERALLY NONE!

Can some please email or phone me back with solutions to this!

Hi Vodacom,
I missed a call, which I can only assume was from your help team.
Can you please get them to phone back.

Additionally, unlike the sms I received stating my one number has been reset, I now am presented with “Your Vodacom account is not eligible to enable mobile service on your Apple Watch. Contact Vodacom for more information.”

Can someone ANYONE help?

Regards
LS
