AWFUL SERVICE

On Tuesday 8 August I did an upgrade telephonically. Was told that an email would be sent confirming all the contract details. Have not yet received any email. Tried calling to resolve the issue, but just get unhelpful idiots.

So I eventually received the email, but they've done the contract on the WRONG NUMBER!!! Just how incompeten and inefficient can they be?

Please contact me urgently to resolve this issue. It is difficult to get through to your customer care lines because they are permanently "clogged" by calls from unhappy customers trying to sort out the messes created by *********** and inefficient employees.
