awful service and no one doing anything about it

I've complained about the bad service since September 2014. I can not believe Vodacom is so pathetic on helping their customers. We need our phones to work at work to take calls, but we always have to go find service to call people back. I do speed test constantly and its a joke how slow it is. Whatsapp takes a minute to just connect and when we do get service the clients complain that they can not hear us and the call either fails or they hang up.
