Awful service

I have app**** for an additional line data contract, for the second time now, last time Vodacom could not deliver, this time I get an approval email a week ago, someone called me n says they will get someone else to call, I called them they are so unhelpful, so inefficient and the online people calling from ***, are so unprofessional, the service is disgusting
