AWFUL EXPERIENCE, NO SEEVICE

Well this review relates to my previous reviews.

- vodacom agents are rude & sarcastic

-lili at collections put the phone down in my ear earlier today

- vodacom states that my account is in arrears while the bank records show that tbe monies has been received

This is awful, nobody ever calls you back and i have ended all previous contracts with vodacom. I encourage more people to do the same and move to other providers. Vodacom does not deserve loyal clients because no realistic efforts are made to ensure that the customar is happy.

A debit order has been sent through twice.

One of them was unauthorized.

Please return my money (one of the amounts) to me or I will have no choice as to report it as *****.

I spoke to Mohanuwa from Vodacom Solutions Department at 11:32am.

I pay 22% interest per month on my overdraft account. Therefore a pro rata amount multip**** by the nr of days it takes to refund me should be credited to my account together with the unauthorised amount that has been taken. Interest should be calculated as follows:

(R349 / 22% * by nr of days to refund.) It should be calculated from 30 December 2016.

I WANT MY MONEY.

This was ******* and should be rectified as stated above. Failure to comply could result in possible claims and vodacom will be held liable for any legal costs that might follow.

16 working days?

2 have already gone by.

This means a total of 18 days... much too long.
