Awful customer service yet AGAIN

I am due for an upgrade, a consultant assisted me on the 01/08/2019. All was processed and I was promised delivery Monday 05/08/2019. I had called in today as received nothing yesterday and now I've been given the run around. This is awful customer service that no one can assist me. I dealt with Christopher who assured me all is in order.
