Awful Admin

I have tried to sort out my issue with Vodocom for along time now, and still I am waiting for a response, I have gone through all the right channels and stayed pleasant, I am now at the point where I am going to the media, as it is clear that Vodocom only cares about taking our money but not client after service care???

Who can sort this out as it seems many people have an issue and it seems Vodcom are not worried as they know they cant be touched?????? I will be posting on fb, Instagram and Twiter all the issues we have had,
