AWESOME SERVICE VODACOM CALL CENTRE & MANAGER

I want to give a huge thank you and compliment of excellent service to the Call Centre agent Tinyiko Ntsele in Jhb who spent 34 minutes last night on the phone with me to resolve my problem of not having internet problem at 17h55 yesterday 23 April 2024 I had internet again after not having internet and struggling to get it resolved since 18 April 2024. Tinyiko went above and beyond to ensure that my problem was resolved while I was on the phone with him. Also a big thank you to the Vodacom manager who was in contact with me the entire day yesterday on WhatsApp to also assist in this regard, I do not have the gentleman managers' name but his WhatsApp contact number is 060 *7*3 0402. Thank you both for the awesome service.
