Awesome Service, Erich!
I called the contact center and spoke with Erich. His level of professionalism and courteous, professionalism and technical knowledge was truly outstanding, 1 of the best, if not the best consultants I've ever spoken to in not just Vodacom but all the other industries and companies which I've dealt with.
