Awesome service
I would just like to commend the agent who called me last week to finalise my online order.
Regretfully, I forgot her name but I'm sure you'd be able to locate the agent to inform her of this well deserved compliment.
She seemed to be having some technical issues (I am assuming she's working from home perhaps) and we got disconnected like 11 times before we were able to complete everything.
And shame! She called me back immediately, after every disconnected call and remained calk, friendly and professional, irrespective of the issues that may have frustrated her behind her desk.
Thank you. You are awesome. You are appreciated. Well done! You are a valuable asset to your employer and they are lucky to have you.
