Good day

I chatted to Mpho in the vodapay department on the vodapay app and needed assistance with updating my details on the system. Mpho assisted by referring me to the correct department and called me to transfer the call. Once the call was transferred and my query was resolved in the other department, Mpho called me back to confirm that my request had been completed. The call back from Mpho surprised me as I did not expect him to call and confirm that all is sorted. He definitely went the extra mile in my books. It's not every day that we receive such awesome service! Thank you Mpho, you are a star!! Keep it up:-)
