Awesome service after initial disappointment

I upgraded my Vodacom data contract on 15 March 2018 and qualified to upgrade to a package that included a laptop. Unfortunately the contract was cancelled due to the unavailability of a modem. When I complained about the cancellation, I was assisted by Sasekani who went out of her way to accommodate me and to ensure that the issue is sorted out and that the laptop is delivered quickly. Lebo Mosweu also assisted by ensuring that the courier company makes my delivery a priority. It is not often that you get good service from the big companies, and now I have dealt with 2 individuals willing to go the extra mile! Thank you!!!
