Awesome Service!!!

I have been positively surprised by the service of Amanda at the Vodacom Shop in Festival mall. After many poor experiences with the store, she had to deal with a very grumpy customer from the onset. After they did not have what I was looking for she said she will take my details and call me once stock arrives. I told her that I don't trust that store, but she went as far as giving me her own private cellphone number so that I don't struggle reaching her and also, after expecting stock the following Monday, she called me the Friday already to let me know she has arranged the device I was looking for.<br> <br> Awesome service and such a positive attitude, going the extra mile and delivering on commitments... Well done Amanda, keep up the good work!
