Awesome Service

<p>I have been experiencing problems with regards to having my query solved. a couple of consultants have called to assure me that my query has been solved followed by an SMS but wuld not solve the problem. I called the call centre today and spoke to Mr Mzwandile Ntuli from the solutions department, who was eager to assist me. He stayed on the phone with me to try and send me what I needed. I received everything i a mtter of minutes. If all the Vodacom consultants could be like him, the service levels would definitely by on the high side. </p>
